Sarita Greencity Developers Private Limited is run out of H.No- 308 in Bhauti Ghambhir Pur, specifically the Bhauti Pratap Pur area. It’s more of a home-office setup, which makes it feel very personal. We don’t have a big glass building or a fleet of cars. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting in the main room with some ledgers and a laptop. The house is in a quiet spot, away from the main highway noise, though you can still hear the trucks in the distance. We spend our mornings going over plans and our afternoons visiting the actual sites around Bhauti. People in the colony know the house number and just knock on the door if they need to talk about land. We usually sit on the porch or in the front room to discuss things. It’s a very informal way of doing business, but it suits the local culture here. There’s always a pot of tea ready for whoever drops by. We’ve been working in development around here for a while, so we know most of the land owners and the local workers. The office is full of site maps that are a bit wrinkled and notebooks where we jot down everything. We don’t have a big staff, so we end up doing everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the site visits. It’s a lot of work, but we prefer keeping it simple and local.
