Sahira House Infracity Developers Private Limited is out in Nariaon. We operate out of the office of Sitakant Kushwaha in the village area. It’s quite different from working in the middle of a big city. Things move a bit slower here, but we still have plenty to do. We handle infrastructure and development projects around this region. Most of the people working here are from around the village or the nearby areas. We know the land pretty well. We don't have a slick website or a team of sales people. Usually, it's just us talking to people face to face. We spend a lot of time outdoors, looking at plots and checking on construction. It’s a practical life. We handle the paperwork when we have to, but we'd rather be out where the work is happening. The office in Village & Post Nariaon is a quiet place to sit down and figure out the budgets. We've had our share of ups and downs, like any business. Sometimes the weather stops us from working for a few days, but that's just part of it. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't. We're just local developers trying to build houses and roads that people actually need. It’s basic work, but it’s important to us. We just keep going day by day and try to do right by the folks who hire us. That's really all there is to our little company. We just stay out here.
