Sabitri Organics Private Limited

We are based out of Kanakpur, right on the first floor of a building near plot number 133. It is a quiet place in the Kanpur area. My family and a few neighbors started Sabitri Organics because we wanted to do something with the land we have. It is not a big corporate setup or anything like that. We just have a small office where we keep our tools and records. Most days you will find us out in the fields rather than sitting at a desk. The soil here in Khata No. 91/5 is actually pretty good if you treat it right. We don’t use those heavy chemicals that everyone else seems to be buying these days. It takes more work and the weeds can be a real pain, but it feels better this way. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, which makes things stressful. We worry about the crops just like any other farmer around here. We are just trying to make a living and keep the land healthy for the kids later on. If you come by, the stairs are a bit narrow and there’s usually some mud near the entrance. It’s just how it is when you work with dirt all day. We do our own packing and sorting right here. It’s a lot of manual work but it keeps us busy. We aren’t looking to get famous, just doing our bit in Kanakpur.
