Our office is located at Flat No. 608 in the JB Metro Height building, which is over at 678/1 near Behsa Kanpur Road. Rudrima Developers Private Limited is a local team that focuses on development projects around this area. It's a busy part of the city, and being on Kanpur Road keeps us close to everything going on. We spend most of our time looking at plans and making sure our sites are moving along like they should. It’s just a few of us working out of the flat, keeping track of the paperwork and talking to people who need things built. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do decent work that lasts. Sometimes the traffic on Kanpur Road is a nightmare, but it's a good spot to be for business. We deal with all the usual headaches of development, from permits to finding the right workers. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. We’ve been at JB Metro Height for a bit now and it suits us fine. There isn't much to say other than we are just regular people trying to make a living in the real estate world. We don't have any scripted lines about what we stand for. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That's the reality of it. If you're near Behsa, you've probably passed our building a dozen times.
