Royalmade Model Town is a private limited company, and we’ve been operating from this part of Kanpur for some time now. Rail Bazar is a pretty well-known spot, and being near the Cantt area gives us a decent place to work from. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated group of us who handle the day-to-day operations and paperwork. Our office is a practical space where we deal with the logistics and the administrative side of our projects. Kanpur is an industrial city, so the pace can be quite fast and sometimes a bit chaotic. We’ve learned to navigate that over the years we've been active. We spend our days coordinating between different teams and making sure materials arrive where they need to be on time. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but that's just the nature of the business we are in. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing teams. Most of our energy goes into the actual work we do on the ground every day. We're just local folks making a living in Uttar Pradesh, trying to keep our commitments and get through the work week without too much trouble from the weather or traffic.
