We've been working out of Vijay Nagar Bnilmatha for a while now. Ronnee Prakash Real Estate Developers Private Limited is really just a bunch of us trying to make sense of the local property market every day. It gets pretty busy here, especially with all the new stuff going up around the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just walking around looking at sites. It’s not always pretty work. Sometimes the weather is bad or the paperwork gets stuck, but we just keep at it. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down to figure things out. People around here know where to find us. We know the streets in Bnilmatha quite well by now because we're always out and about. It’s a decent area to work in, though the traffic can be a pain during the afternoons. We handle a lot of the usual real estate development tasks, which means a lot of meetings and checking on progress. It’s mostly just making sure things get done right without too much fuss. We don't really do the big fancy presentations. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or neighbors about what’s happening next. It’s a lot of coordination and just showing up when we say we will. We’ve stayed in this spot because it makes sense for the work we do. It’s home for the business and we're used to the rhythm of the place now.
