Our office is right there in Millat Nagar, specifically at 378/5 near the Galla Mandai and Hanspuram area of Naubasta. Being in Kanpur means dealing with a lot of noise and busy streets every single day. RLU Realestate & Industries Privatelimited is basically just a few of us working out of this space. A mix of things comes across our desks, mostly looking after local property deals and some industrial side projects that pop up in this part of town. The area around Naubasta is always crowded with trucks and people going to the market, so it stays pretty lively. Sitting right in the middle of the local chaos suits us better than being tucked away in some quiet high-rise. Most of the time, our desks are covered in documents and empty tea cups because that is just how things get done here. We know the 208021 pin code like the back of our hands. When someone needs help understanding a piece of land or how the industrial zones are shifting, they usually just walk right in. There is no receptionist or a big lobby. It’s just a practical office where the fans hum all day and we talk to whoever comes through the door. Dust from the main road gets in everything, but that is just Kanpur for you. Doing the work that needs doing for the folks in this neighborhood is what keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
