The area is quite lively and there are always people moving about. We have been here for a good while. The office is part of a building that’s seen a lot of years. We have high ceilings and some old windows that rattle when the wind picks up during a storm. It’s a place where we do a lot of exporting work. That means plenty of lists, checking crates, and talking to truck drivers. It gets a bit hectic when a big shipment is due for dispatch. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just solid desks that have been with us from the very start. We work together closely. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we’re like a small family. We know who likes their tea with extra sugar and who prefers it black. Kamla Nagar is a nice place to be based. There are plenty of local shops and the atmosphere is friendly enough. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or old contacts. It’s a modest way of doing things, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished before heading home. If something goes wrong, we sit down and figure it out.
