Ranacon Constructions (Opc) Private Limited is based out of our place at 1074, Amar Pali Vihar in the Kheora area of Kanpur. If you know Kanpur, you know it can be a bit chaotic with all the noise and the dust, and our neighborhood is no different. We started this business as a one-person operation because it’s easier to keep track of things that way. Our office is just a room with enough space for a desk and some chairs for when people come by to talk about their projects. Kheora is a growing part of town, so there is always something going on. We spend our days dealing with labor issues, checking the sand, and making sure the concrete is mixed right. It’s not a glamorous job. Most days I’m wearing old clothes that I don't mind getting dirty. 1074 Amar Pali Vihar is where we do all the boring stuff like filing taxes and paying bills. The real work happens outside in the sun. Kanpur-208002 is home, and we know the streets and the people here pretty well. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our name on a board at a construction site. It’s slow work sometimes, but we just keep at it, brick by brick, until the job is finally done. It takes real strength and a lot of coffee to stay in this business.
