Ran Bienes Raices Llp is based at 3/75 Vishnupuri. It's in the Swarup Nagar part of Kanpur Nagar. We spend a lot of time here at the desks. The office isn't very large, but it works for what we need to do. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the shutters and letting some air in because it gets stuffy. Kanpur can get pretty dusty, so we are always wiping down the tables. People walk by on the street outside all day long. Sometimes they look in, sometimes they just keep going toward the main market area. We have some old chairs that probably need replacing soon, but they are comfortable enough for now. There are stacks of files on the corners of the desks because there is always something to write down or look up. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a bit messy with tea cups and papers everywhere. The address 208002 is our little corner of the city. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just some maps on the wall and a calendar that is usually a few days behind. It’s a normal place where we show up, do the work, and then head home when the sun goes down. Swarup Nagar has a lot of energy, and being right here in Vishnupuri puts us in the middle of it. We just handle the daily tasks as they come, talking to people who drop by for a chat.
