Ramsharda Residency Private Limited is right in the heart of Kanpur. We are on the first floor of Somdutt Plaza-10, which is on The Mall. If you know Kanpur, you know how busy The Mall Road gets. Finding Office No. 3 can be a bit tricky because the plaza has a lot of little hallways and stairs, but once you find us, it’s a bit quieter. We have been here for a while, dealing with residency projects around the city. The office has that old-school feel to it, with heavy wooden desks and stacks of paper everywhere. We don't have a modern open-plan layout; it’s more about having a quiet corner to discuss business. The traffic noise outside is constant, but it’s just part of the background now. We are a small crew, and we handle everything ourselves, from answering the phone to going out to inspect properties. We don’t go in for fancy talk or corporate slogans. We just tell you what the local market is doing and what the paperwork requires. It gets very hot in Kanpur during the summer, so our old air conditioner works overtime to keep the place decent. We focus on getting the residency details right so there aren't any surprises later on. It is a practical, no-nonsense way of doing things, which is what most of our visitors seem to prefer anyway when they visit us at Somdutt Plaza.
