Rammurti Realestateand Finance Privatelimited operates out of Ratanpur Colony, specifically at E 88/876 in the Panki area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing with both property and some of the money stuff that goes along with it. The office is usually filled with papers because there’s always something to sign or check on. We aren't fancy people. Most days, you’ll find us just managing the daily tasks that come with running a local business. Panki is a specific kind of place, and we know the streets around here pretty well. We don't do much advertising because most people just hear about us from a neighbor or see the sign while walking by. It’s not a quiet place, especially when the neighbors are out, but we like the energy. Financing can be a headache for people, so we try to just explain things in plain words without the big bank talk. Our chairs might not match, and the fan makes a bit of noise in the summer, but we get the work done. We handle things for people who live right here in the colony or maybe just a few streets over. It’s a small operation, and we prefer it that way because we can actually remember who we are talking to. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking over maps of the local plots.
