We are located at ULIG 97 A Block in Tatya Tope Nagar. Kanpur is a fast-moving city, and being in Kanpur Dehat means we see a lot of different people coming through. Rameco Pharmaceuticals Private Limited isn't a big glass tower. It’s a practical workspace on the ground floor. We have our storage area in the back and the main office desks up front. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have calendars hung up everywhere to keep track of the dates. It’s a busy place. Between the phone calls and the paperwork, there isn’t much time for lounging around. We don't use any fancy management software; we just use our notebooks and a few spreadsheets. It works for us. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know each other's habits. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. Just wear something comfortable and get the job done. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we all have to go out and help guide it in. It’s just how things are done in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We make sure the orders are packed tight so nothing breaks. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the business running smoothly and everyone knows their role. We just try to get the orders out before the evening sun goes down.
