We are located at 128/786 in the Y Block of Kidwai Nagar, right in Kanpur. It’s a lively part of the city, and if you know Kanpur, you know there’s always something going on in the streets. Our office is part of a local building, which gives it a very neighborly feel. We don't have the big glass windows or fancy air conditioning systems you find in the new developments. Instead, we have ceiling fans and sturdy wooden desks that have been around for a while. We handle rentals and consulting, so we spend a lot of time talking to people and going through various contracts and papers. We try to keep our conversations simple and avoid any corporate talk. We just treat people like neighbors. The noise from the street can get loud during the day, especially when the market is busy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually have a box of biscuits and some tea ready for anyone who stops by. It’s not a high-stress place, but we keep ourselves busy enough with the daily tasks. Our focus is just on helping folks find what they need and keeping our records in order. It’s a decent, honest way to earn a living, and we like being part of the Kidwai Nagar community. We generally stick to our routine and get things done.
