Rakesh Provision Store

Rakesh Provision Store is located in the Lal Building on G.T Road in Kanpur. We are quite easy to find since we're right near the Mdm Convent School. Being on the G.T Road means there’s constant traffic and a lot of energy around the shop. We see many parents and kids from the school every day, especially when classes are letting out. Our store is a provision shop, so we carry all the basic stuff like flour, oil, spices, and other household items. It’s a pretty busy spot here in the 208023 area. We’ve been in the Lal Building for a good number of years now. The building itself is quite recognizable. We don't have any fancy marketing, just the shop door open to the road. It gets quite hot in Kanpur during the summer, so we have a small fan going behind the counter. We spend our days chatting with the locals and making sure the inventory is right. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on G.T Road, but we make do. It’s just a regular job for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest store, just a reliable one for the people living nearby. We know what our customers like and we try to keep those items in stock. It’s a simple life running a provision store, and we’re happy to be part of the community here near the school.
