Our setup for Rajrajeshwari Instant Foods & Spices Private Limited is at 15/240-I in the Civil Lines area of Kanpur. Civil Lines is a bit different from the rest of the city, maybe a little more structured, but it is still Kanpur at the end of the day. We spend our time mixing different spice blends and getting the instant food packets ready. It is a lot of measuring and weighing. It is just a handful of us making sure the orders are filled correctly. The traffic on the road outside can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just work. Some days the spice dust makes everyone sneeze, but that’s just part of the job. We have our regulars who come by, and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood pretty well over the years. It’s a solid, practical business. We don't have a glossy brochure or a grand vision. We just want to make sure the spices are good and that we can pay the bills at the end of the month. The routine stays the same regardless of the season.
