Rajnandani Developers Private Limited is located over at 117/N/62 in Avon Market, which is in the Kakadeo area of Kanpur. If you know the area, you know it gets really busy with people and traffic all day long. We have been working out of this office for a good while now, dealing with the usual ups and downs of the local real estate and development scene. It is not always a smooth ride. Some days we are just sitting here going through heaps of paperwork or waiting for a government official to clear a file. Other days, we are out at the sites getting our shoes covered in mud and trying to make sure the materials were delivered as promised. The market outside is loud, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We aren't some big corporate firm with fancy uniforms or a polished reception. It is just a few of us in a room with some old desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking about how the prices of cement and bricks keep going up every other week. It’s just the way things are in Kanpur. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work we have in front of us. Most people who come in are just looking for a bit of land or a small project to get started, and we do our best to help them out without any big talk.
