Our office is located at 117/H-1/56 in Pandu Nagar. Kanpur is a big, noisy city, but this little corner of Pandu Nagar feels like home to us. Primehigh Infraestate Private Limited is what's written on the paperwork, but to the people around here, we are just the folks in the building on the corner. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on construction sites. The street outside gets quite crowded with scooters and cycles during the morning rush. We just handle the local infra and estate work that needs doing. Sometimes the air is thick with dust from the nearby roads, but that’s just how it is in Kanpur. We have a small table where we sit and talk to anyone who comes in with questions about land. It’s a simple setup. Nothing is very polished here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We stay busy with the local projects and make sure everything is recorded right.
