Over in the Jamui area of Panki, we run Pratusha Real Estate & Developers Private Limited. You can find our main setup at House Number 32 A. Panki is known for being a bit more industrial and rugged compared to other parts of Kanpur, and our business fits right into that environment. We don't have a polished corporate office in some fancy mall. We work from a regular house in Jamui where we can actually talk to the people we are building for without any pretension. The 208020 area of Kanpur is our home base and where we spend most of our time. We do real estate and development, which basically means we find land and we build on it. It sounds simple, but in a place like Kanpur, there are always challenges with the weather and the logistics of getting materials on time. We don't have any professional writers making us look fancy. We are just a local team trying to do a good job. We spend our mornings checking the quality of bricks and our afternoons at the actual sites. Sometimes the work is slow and the dust in Panki can be a lot to handle, but we don't really mind it. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the state. We just want to be the ones who do the job right in our own part of town. If you come by House 32 A, you’ll probably find us working.
