Prashi Dream Homes Llp

We are located at 112/258 in Swaroop Nagar. It’s a pretty decent spot for an office. Prashi Dream Homes is an LLP, so it’s a small group of us working together. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site plans on the table. Swaroop Nagar has its own vibe, and we have been here long enough to know the local shortcuts. We focus on housing, which sounds simple but there is a lot of back-and-forth involved. Clients come in with their ideas, and we spend hours trying to figure out what is actually possible. Our desks are usually a bit of a mess with pens, scales, and half-drunk cups of tea. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We talk to people like they are neighbors because, most of the time, they are. Sometimes things move slow with the permits and all that, which can be frustrating for everyone. We just try to stay patient and get the paperwork through. There is no big marketing team here; it is just us answering the door and trying to get the job done right. We deal with the realities of building and buying in this area, including the occasional power cut or the noise from the street outside. It’s a local business run by local people who know the town well. We usually close up shop when it gets late and head home just like everyone else.
