Pinksquare Constructions Llp is based out of Vill Parari. It’s in the Tola Parari area of Sheosagar block. We've been operating from this village for some time. We do construction work, mostly local stuff that comes our way in the Panchpaduri area. It’s a quiet place. We don't have a glass building or anything. Most of our meetings happen right on the site or at the village spot where everyone gathers. We focus on getting the bricks laid and the roofs finished. The weather can be a pain during the rainy season, stops everything for weeks, but we manage. People know us by name around here. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. If a neighbor needs something built, we talk about it and get to it. It’s not complicated. We have some guys from the village who work with us. We try to stay local with everything we do. Sometimes we're working on a small shed, other times it’s a whole house. Parari is a good place to be based because we know the land and the people. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just look at what needs doing and try to finish it without too much fuss. Being in Sheosagar block keeps us pretty busy with regular repairs and new builds. It's just a regular business run by regular people who know how to build things properly for the community and we keep it that way.
