We are based in Kanpur, specifically over in Rawatpur at 116/209 B (27)A. If you’ve been to this part of Uttar Pradesh, you know it’s a lot of hard work and grit. Perpleplus Fashion is just us trying to run a decent clothing business. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time checking samples and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork finished. We aren't trying to be some huge international conglomerate. We are just a local team doing our thing. The area can get pretty loud with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside the building, a few rooms are filled with different materials and the smell of new fabric is always in the air. We try to keep things organized, but when a big order comes in, the whole place turns into a bit of a mess for a few days. That’s just how it goes in the fashion trade. We don't have any big speeches or corporate slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward life here in Kanpur. No one is trying to impress anyone with fancy office furniture or polished floors. We just get the jobs done as they come in and hope for a smooth day.
