We've been based out of Sarvodaya Nagar for a while now, specifically at 117/K/60. It’s a busy part of Kanpur, right there near Lajpat Nagar. People around here know us for dealing with properties and real estate matters. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day work of finding places for people or figuring out land issues. Kanpur is a big city and things move fast, so we try to keep up with what’s happening in our corner of Uttar Pradesh. Being an OPC company means it is a small setup, which usually makes things simpler for everyone who stops by. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to sit and talk through property stuff. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are packed with paperwork and others we are out looking at sites around the 208005 area. It's honest work and we like being part of the local community here. If you are walking around Lajpat Nagar, you’ve probably passed our spot without thinking much of it. We don't spend much on big signs or anything. Mostly, word gets around because we have been in this spot for some time. There’s always tea in the office and a chair for whoever needs to discuss a plot or a house. We just handle the business as it comes, trying to be helpful where we can in the local property market. It’s what we do every day.
