Operative Store

We have been running the Operative Store here in Kanpur for quite a while now. Being right by the Co-Operative Society Medical College means we see a lot of different people coming in every day. It’s mostly students and folks living nearby who need their usual supplies. We try to keep the shelves full with what people actually ask for. Sometimes the delivery guys are late and we run out of something, but usually, we have the basics ready. It's just a regular shop where you can walk in and find what you need without a fuss. The building isn't fancy or anything. We mostly focus on getting the work done and making sure the billing is right so no one has to wait too long in line. My nephew helps out in the afternoons when it gets busy. We know most of our regular customers by their names or at least their faces. It feels good when someone stops for a quick chat while buying their groceries. There isn't much to say about us other than we are here from morning till late evening. If you live around the medical college area, you probably already know where we are located. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful whenever someone can't find a specific item on the shelf. That’s pretty much how we operate day to day.
