Our hospital is situated at 113/22 Swaroop Nagar in Kanpur. Swaroop Nagar is a well-known part of town, so we get a lot of people from all over the city and the surrounding areas. The building is a standard medical facility, nothing too flashy or impressive on the outside. We have different departments for various health issues, and things stay moving. The staff here are busy most of the day, going between the different floors and checking on patients. We try to keep the hallways as clear as we can, but it can get crowded when there are a lot of visitors around. Kanpur is a dusty and busy city, so we spend a lot of time making sure the inside of the hospital stays clean and tidy. We have specialized equipment for certain treatments, but we don't spend much time talking about it; we just use it when it’s needed. The waiting area has some old magazines and some plain benches for people to sit on. It’s not a hotel, it’s just a place for medical care. Most of us who work here have been in this field for a long time. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or marketing talk. If someone has a question about a bill or a treatment, we just answer it the best we can. The neighbors around Swaroop Nagar know us well. We’ve seen many families come through these doors over the years.
