Our company is NISHIKA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We are based in Kanpur at 406, Srishti Awas 1/1(1). This is in the Krishna Nagar area. The pincode is 208007. We are a private limited firm and we do a lot of building work around the city. Our office is on the fourth floor of the Srishti Awas building. It’s a busy place with lots of other people living and working nearby. Kanpur is a crowded city, so having an office in Krishna Nagar makes it easier to reach different parts of town. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. It’s just us in the office with our computers and stacks of papers. We deal with all the typical construction stuff like planning, hiring labor, and making sure materials arrive. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things get delayed, but we try to stay on top of it. We don't really believe in using big marketing slogans. We just want to finish the buildings we start. Most of our time is spent out on the actual sites anyway. The office is just where we come back to do the billing and the drawings. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep it manageable. We’ve been here for a good while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s just a regular local construction business. We just do our best to keep things on track every single day.
