Meridil Hotels Private Limited is located at 243-Z1 Hemant Bihar, over in Barra-2. It’s a regular neighborhood, nothing too fancy. We’ve been working from this spot for some time now, handling the various aspects of running hotels. It’s a family-style environment here, really. Most days are spent on the phone or working through stacks of paper on the desk. Barra-2 is a busy area, but our little corner is where we get the actual work done. We chose this place because it’s convenient for us. Running a hotel business involves a lot of moving parts that people don't always see. There’s the cleaning, the supplies, and making sure the staff knows what they’re doing. We do all that planning right here in Hemant Bihar. It’s not a big glass building, just a practical space that fits our needs. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there's a lot of noise and activity. We’ve got our routine down now. We wake up, get some tea, and start looking at the bookings. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be doing it in this part of town. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat or to ask what we are up to. We just keep our heads down and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s not always perfect, but we do what we can with what we have. That’s just life in the hospitality business. We keep moving forward no matter what happens with the daily grind.
