We are located on the first floor at H-1/40 in Krishnapuram, which is right along the G T Road in Kanpur. Being on a major road like that means there is always a lot of sound from the trucks and buses passing by, but we have gotten used to it over the years. The office is just up the stairs. It is a basic setup with some old desks and a few cabinets full of site plans and building permits. Kanpur is a busy city, and Krishnapuram is no different. We spend our days coordinating construction jobs and looking over development papers. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive artwork. It is a working office where things get messy with site dust and stacks of paper. Most of the people who come to see us are locals looking to build or buy something in the area. We usually have the fan running at full speed because it gets quite stuffy on the first floor during the humid months. We’ve been at this G T Road address for quite some time now, and it serves us well for what we do. There’s a small snack shop downstairs where we grab samosas in the evening. It’s just a normal, everyday business environment for us here in Kanpur. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It is just where we work.
