Manpur Foods India Private Limited is tucked away at M 1/29A Ganj Scheme. If you know the Ganj area, you know it’s always moving. Our space is pretty compact, but we make the most of it. We deal with all sorts of food items throughout the week. It’s mostly just us keeping our heads down and working. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so we all kind of know each other. Someone might pop in for a cup of tea or to borrow a tool. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone wearing suits. It’s just us in our work clothes. The floor is usually covered in crates and boxes waiting to be moved out. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy on the desk, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup. We started this because we thought we could make a go of food production in this part of the city. It hasn't always been easy, especially when the supply chain gets wonky. But we manage to keep things moving. We handle everything ourselves from start to finish. It’s a long day, starting early and ending when the last shutter goes down. But that’s what it takes to run Manpur Foods. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a local business in the Ganj Scheme doing its job day in and day out.
