Our place is called Lotus Sutram Impex (Opc) Private Limited. We are located in Patna, specifically in the Patna Sadar Srd5 area. The address is a bit of a mouthful, NW Tola Saristabad Yarpurjak Kanpur, Srd5-1. It is tucked away in a part of the city that is always moving. Working as a one-person company, or OPC, means things stay pretty simple around here. There aren't many people to manage, just the work itself. We deal with impex stuff, so there’s always a pile of paperwork on the desk regarding different goods. The office is over at Mala Yadav's place. It’s a modest space, nothing fancy at all. Patna can get really hot during the summer, so we spend a lot of time just trying to stay cool while we check our lists. The neighborhood of Saristabad has its own rhythm. You hear the local shops and people all day long. We don't have any big advertisements or flashy lights. We just have our name registered and we do our daily tasks. Most of our day is spent on the computer or on the phone, trying to get shipments moving. It’s a lot of waiting for replies sometimes. We like it this way because it’s manageable and we know exactly what is happening with every order. It is just a regular local business trying to do its part in the city. No big story, just work.
