Our place, Lohia Starliner Ltd., is located at D-3/A in the Panki Industrial Estate. It’s a solid, functional building in a part of town that’s all about manufacturing and industry. We don’t have any fancy signs or glass walls here. It’s mostly just bricks, mortar, and the sound of work being done. Being in Panki means we’re surrounded by other businesses doing similar things, so there’s a lot of truck movement and noise throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls are starting to show a bit of age, but it works for what we need. Inside, it’s a mix of office space and the actual floor where things happen. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s not always easy, and some days feel longer than others when the machinery needs fixing or the schedule gets tight. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been with us for a good bit. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the tasks at hand. Lohia Starliner Ltd. is basically our second home. We turn up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things on track. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and being in the industrial estate keeps us close to the action.
