We operate the Legal Might Foundation For Social Justice from our office at 12/474 in Gwaltoli, Kanpur. Kanpur is a big, busy city, and Gwaltoli has its own rhythm that we've become a part of over the years. Our space is tucked into a regular building, nothing that screams for attention. We don't have a front desk person in a suit or a lobby with marble floors. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks piled with documents and books. We focus on the things that matter to the people living around here. Sometimes the street outside is so loud we have to close the windows, but we don't mind much. It’s all part of being in the middle of everything. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We’re just a group of people who wanted to do something useful from our base at 12/474. Most of our work involves a lot of reading and talking to folks who walk in through the door. It’s not always glamorous, and the office can get a bit cluttered when we’re busy, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of fancy language to talk about what we do.
