Landmass Infratech Private Limited is located over in Vijai Nagar, specifically at J-2, 77/11 in Kanpur. We have been here for a bit now, dealing with construction and land stuff. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise outside our doors. Most days, you’ll find a few of us sitting around the main desk trying to sort out paperwork or talking to people who drop by about plots and building work. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls, just a regular space where we get things done. Kanpur is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic and the heat, but we manage. We started this because there was a need for local people to handle local projects without too much fuss. Sometimes the printers act up or the chai takes too long to arrive from the stall around the corner, but that’s just how it goes. If you are looking for our spot, just head towards the 208005 area code part of town. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing where everyone wears a suit. It’s more casual here. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it's looking at maps or checking on site progress. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to going out into the field ourselves when needed.
