Our office is at 381/D-5 in Om Purwa, right here in Kanpur. Kshiraj Infra India Private Limited is a local outfit. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Kanpur is a tough place for construction sometimes, what with the heat and the busy streets. We aren't a big fancy firm with a high-rise office. Our space is tucked away and usually smells like old files and tea. We spend most of our time worrying about material costs and making sure the workers show up on time. It’s a constant juggle. Some days everything goes right, and other days it feels like we’re just putting out fires. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take two weeks, we say two weeks. The infrastructure business is full of surprises, and not always the good kind. But we like the challenge of building something from nothing. Om Purwa is a lively neighborhood, so there’s never a dull moment outside our door. We just keep plugging away at our projects, one brick at a time. It’s not glamorous, and our boots are usually covered in mud, but it’s what we do. We’re just a bunch of locals working hard to keep the business moving forward. We might get a bit loud during meetings, but it's just because we care about getting things right.
