Kans Builders Private Limited is located over in Yashoda Nagar. We are based out of house number 180P in K Block. It is a quiet enough spot in Kanpur compared to the main city chaos. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things properly for the people around here. Most of our time is spent out on different sites, so the office is not always full of people. When we are there, it is mostly just handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a building company. We do not have a giant staff or anything like that, just a handful of people who know how to get things done. Kanpur is a big place and there is always some kind of construction going on. We try to stay busy with local projects. Sometimes we deal with supply issues or bad weather that slows us down, but that is just part of the job. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh, just a reliable one that people in the neighborhood can talk to. If you walk past K Block, you might see us coming and going with our gear. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes, managing the crew and the paperwork, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything stands up right. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
