Kaito Fabrics Private Limited is tucked away in Satyam Vihar, Kalyanpur, over in Kanpur. Our specific address is H-785, Av No- 1. It’s a bit of a residential patch, so it’s quieter than the main markets in the center of the city. We have a decent-sized space here for all our fabric stock. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the rows of fabric bolts stacked up against the walls. We have all sorts of colors and textures, and it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. The office part is just a small desk and a few chairs tucked into a corner where we manage the sales and the shipping logs. Kanpur can get very hot, so we have some big fans that we keep running all day long. They make a lot of noise, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't have any professional decorators or fancy branding inside. It’s just us, the fabric, and a whole lot of work. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lanes of Satyam Vihar, so we have to go out and help guide them in. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth way of doing things. We spend our days measuring out lengths, checking for defects, and making sure the orders are ready to go out to the customers. It is a long process, but we have our routine down and we stick to it every day.
