Jsa Build Home Private Limited is run out of a flat in the Chandari area of Kanpur. If you are looking for us, we are located at Flat No 24, which is in the care of Smt Amna. It is a small setup, and the office is usually filled with samples of tiles or bricks that we are looking at for various houses. We do not have a big corporate building or a lot of staff in suits. It is just a few of us trying to manage the building process for people who need homes. Kanpur is a busy city and the logistics of getting materials to the right place at the right time can be a headache. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at the actual building sites. The office at Chandari is mostly for the evenings when we have to sit down and do the accounting or plan out the next week’s work. Building a home takes a long time and there are always things that do not go according to plan. We just deal with those issues as they come up and keep moving forward. We do not do much advertising because most people find out about us from their neighbors. It is honest work that keeps us on our feet all day long. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and try to stay on top of everything that needs doing.
