Jan Samriddhi Microhelp Foundation

We are set up at the home of Sri Vineet Kumar Saraswat in Nagala Morari, which is in the Sarsaul area. It’s a local residence, so when you come to visit Jan Samriddhi Microhelp Foundation, you’re basically coming to a neighbor's house. We don’t have a big neon sign or a lobby. Usually, there’s a scooter parked out front and maybe some laundry drying nearby. We use the front portion of the house for our foundation work. It has a few chairs and a wooden table where we sit and talk to anyone who stops by. Sarsaul is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else, so we get a lot of people just popping in to say hi. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old calendars hanging up to keep track of the days. We handle all the microhelp stuff from this small room. It can get a bit warm in the summer, but we have a good fan that keeps the air moving. We aren't trying to be some massive organization. It’s just a few of us using Vineet’s place to help out with local stuff. We keep our notes in spiral notebooks and try to stay as organized as possible despite the small space. It’s a very simple way of doing things, but it feels right for this part of town.
