We operate ISHITA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED from our place at HN 296B in the Bilak Panki area. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been part of it for a bit now. Construction is a tough business, honestly. There is always noise, dust, and a lot of planning that goes into every single brick we lay. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Our setup is pretty basic, just the way we like it. We focus on getting the work done right at the sites. Panki has its own rhythm, and we’ve learned to work with it over the years. Some days we are dealing with paperwork, but most of the time we’re out making sure the materials arrived. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes things get delayed or a machine breaks down, and we just have to fix it and keep moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our bit here in the local area. People know where to find us if they need something built. We’ve lived around here long enough to know the neighbors and the way the land is. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the projects we have. That’s the reality of running a small construction outfit like ours. No frills, just bricks and cement and a lot of sweat. We just get on with it.
