Industrial Instruments & Controls is situated at 8 Uptron Estate in Panki. It is a bit of a drive from the center of the city, but we like having the extra space for our equipment. Panki is a well-known industrial hub, so our factory fits right in with the surrounding businesses. Our unit is quite large. This is helpful for storing all the various instruments and components we handle. We partitioned off a small corner of the main floor for the office area. The noise from the machines can be a bit much, but you stop noticing it after a while. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We aren't interested in corporate culture or formal dress codes. Every day, we just wear our work clothes and get started. The building is older, and you can hear the rain on the roof, but it’s a solid place to work. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive ads. A lot of our business comes from long-term contacts who know where to find us. Summers in Panki are quite intense, so the big fans are always running to keep things cool. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on building the instruments and getting them to the people who need them. It isn't a fancy setup, but it’s how we’ve always done things. Every morning begins with checking the inventory and making sure the benches are ready.
