We are based over in Kanpur, specifically at 287, Block-C1 in Indra Nagar. Kalyanpur is a decent area to work from. Immobiliare Infratech Private Limited might sound a bit fancy to some people, but we are actually pretty down to earth. We handle various building projects and infrastructure stuff around here. Kanpur is a very busy city and the traffic can be a total nightmare when we are trying to get to a site. Our office is right here in the neighborhood. We have lived in this part of town for a long time, so we know the local streets very well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out checking on how things are progressing on the ground. It is a lot of coordination. You have to make sure the materials show up and the workers know what they are doing. Sometimes things go wrong, and we just have to fix them. We don't use a lot of big words or overly complicated plans. We just look at what needs to be done and we get to work. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and half-empty coffee cups. It is a real working environment, not a showroom. We have seen Kalyanpur change a lot over the years. There are more houses and more shops now. We like being a part of that growth. We just do our job and go home to our families at night.
