We are Growmore International Leather Pvt. Ltd., based at 36, MIG, W-1 in Saket Nagar. Our place is more of a workspace than a fancy office. Since we work with leather, there is always that distinct smell in the air when you walk in. It is something we have gotten used to, and it honestly feels like home now. The space is filled with stacks of hides and various tools we use throughout the day. We are just a bunch of people who know how to handle the material and get things ready for shipping. Saket Nagar is a decent area, and being in an MIG house gives us a bit of a unique setup for a business. We have various rooms dedicated to different parts of the process. It can get a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives, and we have to shuffle things around to make space. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our work and let the results speak for themselves. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but that is just part of the job. Most of us have been here for years, so we move around the space without even thinking about it. It is a very practical environment where the focus is purely on the daily tasks at hand. We try to keep things simple and get our work done.
