Gr8Hires Global Advisors Private Limited is based at House Number 107 in Ram Puram, Kanpur. Ram Puram is a decent, middle-class neighborhood and our office is right there in the middle of it. It’s a house that we’ve repurposed for our advisory work. We don't have a giant signboard, just a small one near the gate so people don't miss us. Inside, it looks like a typical small business office. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of chairs because we sometimes have people coming in for talks. The lighting isn't always the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. Working from a house in a residential area like Ram Puram means you get to know the neighbors. You see the same people walking their dogs every morning. It makes the work day feel a bit more human. We aren't some massive global firm with thousands of employees. We are just a small team in Kanpur trying to get things right. The office can get a bit hot in the summer, but we have the ACs running to keep us going. We don't use any fancy management talk here. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. It’s a plain and simple setup that works for us. We’ve been at H No. 107 for a while now and we’re quite settled in.
