GENIUS BUILDCON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Genius Buildcon (OPC) Private Limited is located on the third floor of 28A, Yojna 2, Barra 3 in Kanpur. Since it’s a third-floor office, we get a lot of exercise walking up and down those stairs every day. It’s not a very big space, just enough for a desk, a couple of chairs, and a cabinet for the documents. Being an OPC means the responsibility mostly falls on one person, but we have a few reliable guys who help out with the site work. Kanpur 208027 is a busy residential area, so there is always someone looking to build an extension or a new floor. We spend our time checking on laborers and making sure the materials arrive on time. The office can get quite stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually have a small fan going constantly. We don't have any polished marketing brochures or a fancy sales team. We just talk to people plainly. If there’s a problem with a wall or a roof, we go and look at it. Most of our work comes from people who live in the neighborhood and know us. We try to keep our prices fair and our work honest. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes we are still working after the sun goes down. That is just how it is in the building trade here. We keep the keys in the drawer and start early.
