Gauraroyal Developers Llp is located at 608/2, W Block in the Juhi Naubasta area. We’ve been here for some time now, working on various development projects. It’s a busy part of town, and our office is right in the middle of it. We are a small team, mostly just a few partners and some regular staff. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Our days are spent talking to contractors and checking on various building sites. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers out there. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we have. The office at Juhi Naubasta is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of files. We focus on the practical side of building. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or material shortages, which is frustrating, but we just deal with it. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just talk like regular people because that's who we are. We like being in W Block; it's a good community. Most of our work is right here in the local area. We show up every day and try to make sure everything is moving along. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. We have finished some projects that turned out well, mostly just solid buildings that serve their purpose. We keep our overhead low so we can focus on the construction. It’s physical work.
