You can find our office at 161-B Mangla Vihar in Kanpur. We’ve been working as colonizers here for a good amount of time. Basically, that means we help set up residential areas and figure out where the houses and roads should go. Mangla Vihar is a nice enough place, and we enjoy being part of the local scene here. Our office is usually filled with the sound of people talking and the smell of tea being made. We don't go in for all the fancy corporate branding. We’re just a small group of people who know how the local property market works. A lot of our time is spent out in the field, checking on the progress of different plots. We’ve seen a lot of families move into the areas we’ve worked on, which is a nice feeling. It’s not always easy work; there are always issues with permits or materials being late. We just deal with those things as they come up. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us.
