If you know the P.A.C. Road area in Kanpur, then you probably know where K.D.A. Colony is. That is where FAMECON BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is set up. We are at 1-B, and it is a pretty typical local office. We do a lot of building work around the city. Kanpur is a tough place to work sometimes because it's so crowded and noisy, but we are used to it. Most of our days are spent checking on materials or talking to the guys on the sites. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big speeches. It is mostly just boots and dusty clothes for us. The office is where we handle the paperwork that comes with developers' work, which is never the fun part but has to be done. We’ve been around the neighborhood for a bit now. People stop by to ask about plots or how a certain build is going. We try to give them an honest answer. Sometimes the rain messes up the schedule or the trucks are late, and we just have to deal with it. It’s hard work, but we like seeing things get built from the ground up. Being based in 208001 keeps us close to the heart of the city. We just take it one day at a time and try to do right by the people who hire us for their projects.
