We mostly help people who want to put aside a little bit of money every week or month. It’s the kind of thing that helps families in the long run. We don't use fancy computers for everything; we like having things written down where we can see them. The staff here are just regular people from Kanpur who understand what it’s like to live here. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. We just show up and do the work. Sometimes we get a bit behind on things when a lot of people come in at once, but we always catch up. We aren't trying to be the best in the world, just a reliable place for our neighbors in Shastri Nagar to come when they need to talk about their savings. It’s a plain and simple business.
