Our office is located at Flat No 102 in Gopala Tower, right in the Kakadeo area. It is a busy building with many different businesses inside. We provide medical services, mostly focusing on the administrative and support side of things for healthcare. Kakadeo is always crowded with students and traffic, so it can take a bit of time to reach us during the peak hours. Our flat is not very large, just enough room for our desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time dealing with records and paperwork. It is quiet work compared to the noise on the street outside. We started this service because we saw a need for better organization in medical records. We are not a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working out of this tower. Sometimes the lift in the building is broken, so you might have to walk up to the first floor. It is just one of those things you deal with. We do not have glossy brochures or a marketing budget. We think it is better to just focus on getting the details right for the clinics we help. People know we are here because we have been in Gopala Tower for quite a while. We handle the daily tasks that keep medical offices running. We drink a lot of chai and just get through the paperwork every day to keep things moving.
