Darsh Ananya Home Build is based over in Sajari, Sanigwan, specifically at 78-A. We are right here in Kanpur, which is a city that never seems to slow down. Our focus is mostly on residential stuff, helping people get their homes put together. It’s a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure the materials show up when they're supposed to. Often, they don't, and that's just part of the job we have to handle. We aren't some big firm from out of town. We live and work right here. The office is usually busy with people coming in to talk about their plans. We try to keep things grounded and realistic. Building a home is a big deal for anyone, and we don't want to make it more complicated than it already is. We spend a lot of time on site, making sure things are moving along. Kanpur weather can be tough on construction, especially in the peak of summer or during the heavy rains. We just work around it as best as we can. It’s not always a smooth process, but we stick with it until it’s done. We’ve been at 78-A for a while and most of the neighbors know us by now. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job for other regular people. No fluff, just building what needs to be built so people can finally move in and get settled.
